Abandon myself at the feet of the majestic queen
Queen watch over this lonely warrior
who’s looking for an answer

I turn your grandness into my own strength

Your steep climbs are my concern
the closer I get the smaller I am
I chew miles and I pay with my own blood
I shall not leave my body here

Demons chase me but I do not tremble
they chase me but I shall not stop

I shall face them when they’ll look into my eyes

Their backs shall be steps upon which I shall reach the peak

Finally they’re upon me
I find myself blind staring into the darkness
My flesh twist into violent jerks
Dry skin brake showing the new way

Tight into a steely hold
Old flesh holds on to itself
In the last desperate attempt to survive

Fallen onto my knees, wornout, with thin breath
An ancient sound spread inside me
The oracle look at me from the mountain top
I burn in unquenchable flames in everlasting fire

My hands are bleeding, torn by sharp rock
my life gives in at every step
a sweet bright mother is waiting for me
She calls my name reassuringly
Just like she did with the others

My name doesn’t belong to me anymore
I live through this long, never ending moment
I lift this weight for one last time.
